Role: This is a new role in which I’ll be consistently posting to the LinkedIn company page for Online Image®.
Goals: Increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and establish thought leadership.
Process: We will start by posting once a week with posts on company culture, the SEO marketing industry, targeting different visitor segments, and highlighting results. This will be derived from pitch decks, and we’ll use relevant hashtags to reach our audience.

Data and Metrics: Over the next several months, I will be tracking performance using the dashboard data. This includes metrics like impressions, views, click-through-rate, reactions/shares, and followers.
Learning and Growth: Although I’m just getting started, I’m keeping myself informed about best practices and trends in social media marketing. I’m actively exploring new formats and engagement strategies that will resonate with the audience and have the biggest impact and reach.
Background: With 7 years of experience in SEO, I’ve written website content for clients across industries. Over the last year, I stepped up as the team leader and brought on additional writers. I’ve been a mentor to them, and they've been a mentor to me, as I learn from their experiences.
I’m an MBA candidate, learning about analysis, strategy, and other related topics. I want to broaden my responsibilities as a content strategist and take on more senior roles, leveraging my new skills and knowledge to have an even bigger business impact.
Managing the company’s LinkedIn account is the next step in my transition from writer to marketer, and I look forward to not only promoting upcoming conferences but assisting in person as well.
I’ve found a great community on LinkedIn, and it continues to grow every day. I see great potential for business growth as we consistently show up and engage with the online professional community.
